The Admission and Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the admissions and recruitment team. This role includes managing and mentoring team leads for CRM Specialists, Student Recruitment Specialists, and Admission Officers to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, streamline admissions processes, and achieve enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management:

    • Supervise and mentor team leads for the CRM Specialist, Student Recruitment Specialist, and Admission Officer roles.

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team leads.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment and admissions strategies to meet institutional enrollment targets.

    • Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the admissions and recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Implement process improvements to enhance the overall applicant experience and streamline admissions workflows.

  • CRM Management:

    • Collaborate with CRM Specialists to optimize the use of customer relationship management systems for tracking and nurturing leads.

    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment and admissions data.

  • Recruitment Initiatives:

    • Coordinate with Student Recruitment Specialists to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Admissions Operations:

    • Work with Admission Officers to ensure a smooth admissions process, from application receipt through decision notification.

    • Resolve complex admissions issues and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze recruitment and admissions data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Prepare and present reports on key metrics, including enrollment numbers, application trends, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaboration:

    • Foster strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders to enhance recruitment and admissions efforts.

    • Represent the institution at recruitment events, conferences, and other public engagements.

Qualifications
