Role Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will lead CRM-focused initiatives to drive revenue operations and enhance customer engagement through HubSpot. Your role will involve optimizing CRM workflows, managing automation, and refining user journeys to achieve revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize CRM effectiveness, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy Development and Execution

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy using HubSpot, aligned with revenue goals and business objectives.

    • Identify key CRM metrics and benchmarks to track performance and measure the impact of optimization efforts on revenue generation.

    • Plan and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments within HubSpot to optimize messaging, automated workflows, and user journeys.

  • CRM Optimization and Automation

    • Oversee the development and execution of complex CRM automations in HubSpot to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

    • Ensure automated workflows and sequences are finely tuned for optimal performance and alignment with revenue goals.

    • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to drive user engagement and conversion rates.

  • User Experience and Interface Enhancement

    • Collaborate with design, development, and CRM teams to improve UX/UI elements within HubSpot.

    • Conduct usability studies and analyze user feedback to inform improvements in CRM conversion funnels.

    • Implement changes and testing protocols to enhance user experience and drive growth.

  • Data Analysis and Insights

    • Utilize HubSpot analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret user behavior and conversion data.

    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine CRM strategies and drive revenue.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM effectiveness and revenue generation.

Relevant Experience Required

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced automation and analytics.

Educational and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.

  • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certifications) are a plus.
