About the role

We're seeking a strategic leader to join us onsite in San Francisco as Head of Special Projects. Working directly with the CEO, you'll be a key leader defining our path to $100M ARR and market leadership through our most critical growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Own revenue-driving initiatives: pricing optimization, GTM expansion, and product launches that directly impact our path to market dominance

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning sales, product, and engineering that accelerate our competitive advantage

• Drive strategic company planning and translate market opportunities into breakthrough business strategies

• Shape our narrative for board presentations, investor updates, and partnership discussions that fuel our growth

• Build the operational infrastructure for scale: talent frameworks, planning processes, and systems that support 10x growth

• Act as the CEO's strategic thought partner and right-hand operator

Who you are

• 5-8 years in top-tier consulting (MBB), high-growth startups, or strategy roles

• Proven track record of turning ambiguous strategic challenges into executable initiatives that drive breakthrough business outcomes across multiple functions

• Experience building operational infrastructure and leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments

• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, including executives, investors, and board members
