Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven Field Event Marketing Manager to lead Deel’s field marketing programs across ANZ. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of regional events - from trade shows and industry conferences to Deel-hosted dinners, roundtables, sales acceleration programs, virtual lunch & learns, Tier 3 webinars, and light ABM plays.

You’ll work closely with Sales and the APAC Regional Marketing leader to deliver localized, high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Deel’s ANZ event portfolio (hosted, sponsored, and virtual).

  • Partner with the Asia Field Event Marketing Manager to provide logistical and operational support for events across Asia as needed, based on capacity and priorities.

  • Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to design programs that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Manage event operations end-to-end: logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, and onsite execution.

  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure on-brand messaging and regionally relevant assets.

  • Define performance goals, establish KPIs, and analyze event results to measure ROI.

  • Leverage sales feedback and data insights to refine event strategy and regional program mix.

  • Coordinate with Partner Marketing to align on regional co-marketing and partner-led activations.

  • Support post-event reporting and ensure timely follow-up with Sales and RevOps.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ANZ/APAC field or regional marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies.

  • Proven track record of executing successful events across ANZ (both in-person and virtual).

  • Skilled at building strong relationships and working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and experience engaging Sales in event execution.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot, and Swoogo is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus (Japanese, Korean, etc.).

  • Willingness to travel for event execution (30–40%).
