Summary
The Immigration Specialist will support the processing of UAE immigration and EOR applications. This role involves communicating with clients, gathering required documents, organizing files, and assisting with the preparation and submission of applications to the UAE government authorities. You will help manage various UAE visa and work-permit cases from start to finish while providing clear, professional support to the team. All work should follow the company’s established onboarding and processing workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist in completing cases accurately and on time, following internal guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with the internal teams and draft applications on immigration portals.
Provide professional, responsive communication to clients and keep them updated throughout the process.
Support compliance with UAE immigration laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
Assist in verifying right-to-work and eligibility requirements.
Prepare, draft and submit immigration-related documents and applications to local UAE authorities (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones).
Liaise with local partners/vendors, PROs, and internal teams to gather information and complete assessments.
Maintain, track and update internal databases, case notes, and mobility-related documentation.
Provide administrative support to the team, clients and internal stakeholders regarding visa processes, requirements, renewals, or cancellations. Support in obtaining NOC’s, salary certificates and internal letters.
Help manage the full mobility lifecycle for expatriate employees, including entry permits, visas, Emirates IDs, renewals, and cancellations.
Assist in ensuring overall quality and accuracy of mobility operations for assigned cases.
Participate in special projects or administrative initiatives as assigned.Support with administrative tasks such as internal reports and audits.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in UAE immigration, administrative support, HR, or a related field (experience with UAE visa processing preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, confidence in liaising with government departments and local authorities.
Ability to work with clients professionally via email, phone, and video.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and keep stakeholders informed of updates or delays.
Willingness to learn UAE government platforms and immigration processes (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zone portals).
