Este rol implica interactuar en tiempo real con el equipo comercial, seguir flujos de trabajo establecidos y garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los usuarios.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Brindar soporte técnico sobre la plataforma Zoho.
• Asistir a los equipos comerciales en tiempo real, resolviendo problemas y requerimientos específicos.
• Seguir procedimientos y flujos de trabajo para la correcta atención de solicitudes.

• Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente.

• Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas.

• Atención al detalle y capacidad de organización.

• Disponibilidad de horario completo (10 horas de lunes a viernes, con 1 hora de comida).

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo de forma colaborativa.

• Deseable: experiencia previa en soporte técnico o atención al cliente, y conocimiento de la plataforma Zoho.
