We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Technical Account Manager.

You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind with strong leadership skills.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with business, commercial, and OPs teams to improve our allies integrations.
  • Be the contact point with stakeholders or the technical stability of our allies.
  • Lead the technical relationship with the retailers for their development.
  • Analyze data, identify and quantify sustainable opportunities as an advantage for the company.
  • Apply critical thinking to communicate issues directly with retailers and inform them about the catalog and operations decisions.
  • Create and run a roadmap for improving integrations of our allies.
  • Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations.
  • Work to identify and fix issues on Integrations.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical support, operations, or client-facing roles involving systems integrations.
  • Educational background in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong SQL skills are a must (Snowflake experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of POS systems or restaurant tech is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant, food delivery, or tech integration space is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
  • English proficiency (reading and writing) – not heavily used day-to-day, but important for documentation and collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
