We are looking for a commercially savvy Key Account Manager (KAM) to own the end-to-end relationship with our suppliers and vendors. This role is critical to driving profitable growth through strong negotiation, partnership development, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, and collaborative, with a proven ability to manage complex accounts and influence across functions.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Manage the full commercial relationship with key vendors and suppliers Lead negotiations on terms and conditions including: gross margin, back margins, logistics and fulfillment costs, and payment terms Develop strong partnerships with strategic accounts to unlock long-term growth opportunities Optimize vendor profitability through discount planning, promotional funding, and volume-based agreements Analyze seasonality trends and align with vendors on stock planning and commercial strategies Collaborate closely with internal teams including Monetization, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Growth to ensure execution of joint business plans Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve operational KPIs Build and maintain accurate forecasts and business reviews with partners to identify risks and opportunities Contribute to budget and financial planning by providing visibility on expected revenue, margin, and promotional investments

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Vendor Management, Business Development, or Commercial roles Strong negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements Deep understanding of retail dynamics, trade terms, discount structures, and profitability levers Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions through data Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; familiarity with P&L ownership is a plus Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field Bilingual: English and Spanish
