Turbo Colombia has a particularity in terms of supply, as we have a kind of joint venture with Éxito for 80% of the portfolio, we must work together with them in information collaboration models to achieve a SWA higher than 93%. The supply analyst position is key to keep the flow of information open between success, stores, suppliers and users to achieve optimal availability in the stores. This is achieved through the adjustment of success replenishment parameters such as presentation stock, safety stock, days of coverage, and activation status in SINCO.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure the Availability established through the management and control of the variables of the dual replenishment model defined with the partner. This includes generation of alerts and reports and alerts for the different actors in the chain.

• Generate daily orders of products/categories of the Wishlist not migrated to the replenishment model with Grupo Éxito.

• Identify causes of out-of-stocks and execute action plans in alignment with the different actors of the process: Suppliers, Grupo Éxito, Catman, Operations.

• Intensive feedback with Suppliers monitoring compliance in management KPIs: OTIF, Fill Rate, On Time, GMV, DOI.

• Stock leveling between stores through transfers and/or returns to the ally to comply with the policy on Days of Inventory and minimize shrinkage.

• Provide timely response to the stock eventualities presented in the darkstores reported by the regions (Operation Turbo).

• Ensure the ideal availability during major events, promotions, campaigns, special seasons and other activities of the commercial calendar.
