En Rappi buscamos un Retail Key Account Manager Senior que lidere la relación con tres de nuestras cuentas más importantes en retail. Será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial, garantizar la excelencia operativa y fortalecer alianzas estratégicas de alto impacto.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave del sector retail.

• Planear y ejecutar campañas comerciales para incrementar ventas, ticket promedio y unit economics.

• Identificar oportunidades en catálogo y nuevas categorías.

• Diseñar estrategias comerciales y operativas que impulsen el crecimiento sostenido.

• Presentar informes de desempeño y resultados a los equipos directivos de cada marca.

Lo que buscamos

• Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines.

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave, ventas o atención a clientes estratégicos.

• Alto poder de negociación, persuasión e influencia.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

• Dominio de G-Suite y Power BI.

• Inglés intermedio.

Plus

• Experiencia en startups, consumo masivo o e-commerce.

• Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, CMS).
