We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Turbo Growth team and drive our Turbo strategy forward. This person will take ownership of tracking, improving, and steering growth through features and strategies within Turbo across geographies. We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join the Turbo Growth team and drive our Turbo strategy forward. This person will take ownership of tracking, improving, and steering growth through features and strategies within Turbo across geographies. Your success will be defined by how well you understand the business model, how precisely you define actionable input metrics, and how relentlessly you help the team achieve results.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle
Analyze and track feature performance across markets through dashboards and SQL queries, providing actionable insights.
Partner with Product and Tech to flag gaps and drive optimizations.
Work closely with local business leaders to ensure adoption, resolve blockers, and maximize impact.
Track performance and enforce accountability
Build weekly tracking systems and dashboards to monitor progress toward Turbo’s growth goals.
Create visibility on gaps and steer action plans to course-correct.
Drive insight and unlock growth
Identify levers of revenue growth and efficiency through data and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with product, marketing, ops, and local teams to design and execute initiatives that move the needle.
What We’re Looking For
Be Data-Driven at the Core: You use SQL and analytics to uncover insights, measure performance, and guide decisions. Data is your first language.
Think Product, Act Growth: You understand how product features drive business outcomes and are excited to connect adoption, optimization, and strategy to impact.
Execute with Ownership: You don’t just analyze problems—you propose solutions, follow through on execution, and ensure results are achieved.
Influence without Authority: You lead cross-functional teams by clarity of thought, strength of arguments, and trust.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in strategic marketing, consulting, growth, finance, or FP&A teams at tech companies.
Strong analytical and business judgment skills.
Proven ability to manage performance and project tracking.
Experience with SQL and data tools is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
Bilingual (English + Spanish) Portuguese a plus.
