We’re looking for a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to build intelligent systems that power insights and recommendations for families’ gut health. You’ll lead end-to-end development of ML features, from data pipelines and model training to production deployment and evaluation.What you'll do- Design, train, and deploy ML models (LLMs and classical ML) for personalization, recommendations, and knowledge retrieval.- Build robust data pipelines and services to power model training and inference.- Partner with science, product, and engineering to translate research and domain knowledge into production features.- Own model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.What we’re looking for- 5+ years in ML/AI engineering with production experience.- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern LLM tooling.- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and vector databases.- Proven track record deploying models to production and measuring impact.- Excellent communication and leadership; ability to mentor and set technical direction.Location- Remote (US time zones preferred)Why Tiny Health- Mission-driven work improving family health.- Competitive compensation, equity, benefits.- High ownership and impact in a small, fast-moving team.
